Are you ready!

Welcome to Day 2 of the three month workout program. This workout will help shape your entire body. It should get your heart rate up, and your blood pumping. The exercises are designed to help tone and tighten your entire body. It’s a fun challenge.

To start off this routine as explained in our previous workout posts, you will always start with a pull up. You should aim for 5 reps of knee ups, and 5 reps of leg raises.
Straight after your pull up, proceed to completing the fit test , see video and follow routine, Record your results so you can monitor your progress.
Next you will finish off with the Full body Shaping Workout. You should aim to complete this twice. Go to the link below for Part 2 of this routine
