A large part of your fitness routine is your diet. You need to avoid eating a lot of fatty meals and at the same time you need to keep the meals interesting so you stay on course. Remember you don’t need to starve to keep fit.
Buffalo Chicken Lasagne

6 chicken breasts
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3/4 cup hot sauce
1 cups cream cheese
1 cup ricotta
1 cup chicken stock
1 1/2 cups cheddar, grated
2 balls fresh mozzarella
2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
6 large fresh lasagne sheets
1/2 cup grated mozzarella
How You Make It:
Season your chicken breasts with salt, pepper and olive oil. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 400ºF, or until cooked through. Bring out of the oven, slice up your chicken and add to a large bowl. Add hot sauce, cream cheese, ricotta, 1 cup cheddar and stock. Mix well.
Layer your lasagna. Put a bit of chicken and sauce down, then pasta, then a bit more sauce. Chives, mozzarella, pasta. Chicken, chives, mozzarella, pasta. Repeat once more. Top with blue cheese, grated mozzarella and the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar. Shake over a bit more hot sauce.
Bake, covered with foil, for 40 minutes at 375ºF. Uncover and cook for a further 15 minutes.
