Our go to is the Muesli. Start with 1/3 cup rolled oats, add in some sunflower seeds, 1tb chia seeds, goji berries, a few dashes of cinnamon, walnuts and shredded coconut flakes. Top in your favorite food and stir in some almond milk

Bottom layer is blue berry overnight oats, pomegranate seeds, bananas and vanilla chia pudding with fresh strawberries, it takes 10 mins to prep the night before but you get to indulge in the morning.

A special raw treat : PB and J nice cream

Cherry nice cream with raw raspberry jam, cacao nibs, a scoop of almond butter and some coconut flakes. It is super easy to make the raw jam. All it takes is one bag of defrosted frozen organic raspberries and two tablespoons of chia seeds. Blend the two in a blender or vitamix, add a pinch of salt, the sweeter of your choice( Try a few drops of stevia) and a splash of vanilla. The stuff is gold.
