Happy New Year Everyone! We hope your ready for some ass kicking this year.
Who is up for some tummy time? Everyone wants a strong core, and sexy abs. This workout will definitely challenge every part of your core. Say goodbye to love handles and muffin tops, and hello to a tight, toned stomach.
First we will do 5 reps of knee raises and then 5 reps of leg raises on the pull up bar. Then straight after complete the 20 minute spinning class as per video.
