Due to; the grace of GOD on your life, & your unstinted diligence, you have succeeded in making this your birthday remarkable, as you launch the opening of sections of the partially/completed Enugu – Onitsha 107 x 2 dual carriageway around the 9th Mile stretch in Enugu state and the Amawbia axis in Anambra state to ensure a smooth flow of vehicular and human traffic during the Christmas holiday season. Men shall honour, extol and pray for you, as they ply these roads this Christmas!
