It’s simple really eat less lose weight

One meal works well until it doesn’t.

You need to practice the snack diet at that point eat the smallest meals possible .

Essentially you must practice not feeling full always have the mindset that you’re trying to ear as light as possible.

This is money…doesn’t matter what diet you do as long as you are eating light all day.

Nice & full is truly the addiction.

Knowing I can look forward to having a snack daily gives me the motivation to stick to my journey. my snacks has consist of 3 Doritos chips a pinch of shredded cheese & a bottle of water, totaling less than 150 cal and less than 10 carbs. I can’t believe how satisfied I be after having this one snack for the day. I use to get upset & angry cause I had to wait till the weekend to eat my one meal, Which is when I load up on carbs & OVEREAT!

As time goes on I will definitely change my snack choices but chips was what i have been craving😋and 3 chips has been very satisfying!

Down to the last few lbs I need to lose to have abs 24/7. Over 60lbs lost using snake juice fasting, ham and pickles.

People have so little discipline that they would rather have their stomach cut open than just eat less.

Anyone reek of acetone or ammonia while losing weight? Its amazing

If you do its because of extreme toxic accumulation. Personally i dont have any weird odors but ive also fasted for many years and exercise and sweat regularly.
