Selena Gomez, who since last fall has been officially done with her on-off ex Justin Bieber, offered a nice sign the two are at peace this morning when she complimented the Biebs during her appearance on Sirius XM’s Morning Mash Up. Gomez was asked about Ariana Grande’s One Love Manchester concert where Grande and Bieber performed (Bieber made an especially touching speech).

Gomez did watch the show and offered nothing but glowing praise to everyone involved. “It was beautiful,” she said. “I thought everyone did such a beautiful job. It was so gorgeous. I love how she [Ariana] ended it. I thought Justin did great. It was really beautiful.”

Gomez also explained why it’s so nice to be able to follow her new, current boyfriend The Weeknd on tour and be at all his shows. “I love being supportive, like I love just being there and just kind of having somebody’s back,” she said. “It feels good. I haven’t had that feeling in a while.”
