This hotel is the best of the best. The service is 1st class and the property is beautiful. Our room was in the Queen’s Pavilion and it was awesome. We had a living room with a bedroom and 2 full-size baths – one off the living room and the other off the bedroom. 1 had the shower; the other had a wonderful tub. They gave me bath salts each day for soaking too. The staff will do anything to please you. We had room service for breakfast one morning and they asked where I would like them to put the table. I said I would like to open up with windows and look at the lake. They moved the chairs and table that were in front of the window and set our breakfast up right there where we could see out. It was amazing. They never batted an eye, like it was no big deal at all! We had wine left over from dinner one night and they offered to deliver it to our room instead of us carrying it up. It was there when we arrived, wine glasses and all. The Pavilion restaurant is absolutely gorgeous with windows everywhere. It feels like you are outside. They serve a buffet breakfast in there as well as dinner. Jackets are required for men and should be because it is a very elegant setting! The food and service was amazing. I would love to go back and stay here for an entire week. I loved it

This property is huge, amazing and well located facing Lake Como in Cernobbio. This is a very nice town . The amenities at Villa D’Este are great. The pool was open due to a nice weather that we had. It is just simple stunning .I am sure in summer this pool is packed. The breakfast is at the Veranda . The area is just is just simple stunning. The breakfast has everything that you want. I am very picky and I can tell you that they have everything to eat . They have a chef to cook your omelette including in your breakfast . The style of this hotel is breathtaking , we took so many pictures that I can see one everyday for 6 months. The decor, the furniture, the lighting , the building is just spectacular. The hallways have great decor, elegant and rich in colors.

We ate one night at the Grill, what a great food, outstanding service. The staff what very friendly and understanding . They even prepared something that was not on the menu. This is what customer service is about.

We decided to take a ferry to Como, it is just few mins to get there because private service was already booked and we could not use it. From Cernobbio you can go to Bellagio and other towns near the area.

I give Villa D’ Este 5 * , friendly staff always willing you help you, amazing hotel, great location. The only critic that I have is if you are from the US, you need to bring a special adapter. The European standard converter only works in the bathroom, but this will not change my opinion about the great hotel. This hotel is expensive, but well worthy.

The gardens, wow, what can I say, it is just 🤩 stunning. The have this place spectacular maintained . You can go up to the hills and see the amazing view of the two palaces and the lake como. If you are up for an adventure and long walk, you will have the pleasure to explore it without the compound .
