– 90g biscoff spread
– 110g maple syrup
– 60g rice flour
– 35g plain flour
– 20g plant based protein powder (caramel)
– 150g dairy-free cream cheese
– 450g dairy free yoghurt
– 50g biscoff spread
– 60g maple syrup

– 100g biscoff spread, melted
METHOD 1. preheat oven to 160°C and grease and line a square cake tin with baking paper and set aside.
2. add the biscoff and syrup to a medium bowl and whisk until combined. add the rice flour, plain flour and protein powder and mix until fully combined
3. add the base mixture into the prepared tin and press down evenly. place in the oven to bake for 15mins. set aside to cool.
4. to make the filling add the cream cheese, yoghurt, biscoff and syrup to a large bowl and beat together until smooth.
5. add the protein and whisk together until completely combined.
6. spread the filling mixture out evenly over the base. Cover and place in the freezer to set for at least 3 hours.
7. once set, top with the melted biscoff, slice into squares and enjoy!
