Malaki’s voice right now is incredible; I’ve never heard such pure high notes. But I also rarely hear any vibrato in a boy’s voice before it changes, and he has a bit in his lower voice. He also has impressive breath control and technique. It’s very promising for his chances of being a professional singer once his voice changes. So long as he’s willing to go where nature takes him, whether countertenor or bass, his mastery of technique will see that he’s professional quality.
