If you watched the MTV Movie Awards in 2012, you surely caught Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis grab on to each other’s private parts. If you didn’t watch the show, you’ve probably seen the pictures by now, as they’ve been circulating on the Internet ever since the moment happened live.
But was the groping incident a hit? Clearly it was meant to be funny, but from our point of view, it seemed a bit awkward more than anything. Maybe it would have been less weird if the two hadn’t gone out of their way to tell the world they weren’t dating before they started the groping. It was hard to watch a couple who “isn’t dating” hold on so dearly to each other’s privates.
Couple this with the fact that JT wasn’t up for any awards, but Kunis was. She and Natalie Portman were nominated for Best Kiss, but their steamy scene in Black Swan failed to woo fans, who again voted for Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart.
