PASTA DISH FOR 4 PEOPLE
PREPARATION 15 MIN. / COOKING 15 MIN. / TOTAL + 30 MIN.

INGREDIENTS
Pasta with tomato sauce and burrata
350 g spaghetti
2 onions, cut into cubes
4 cloves garlic, cut into slices
A small piece of fresh chili, finely chopped
Olive oil
500 g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
0.5 dl whipping cream
0.5 dl pasta water
2 tbsp. puree tomato
1 tsp. brown sugar (ordinary sugar can also be used)
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar (lemon juice can also be used)
Salt and pepper
1 handful of fresh basil
other than that
Either 2 pcs. burrata or 4 pcs.
Fresh basil leaves
A little olive oil
Salt and pepper

Instructions

Cook the pasta as indicated on the package.

Meanwhile, make the tomato sauce by sautéing onions, garlic and chili in olive oil in a pan without taking on color. Then add the tomatoes and let them cook for a few minutes.

Pour cream and pasta water into the pan. Add tomato puree, brown sugar and apple cider vinegar and let the tomato sauce simmer.

Season with salt and pepper and possibly. more sugar or vinegar. Add basil leaves to the sauce and blend the sauce to a uniform and creamy tomato sauce.

Mix spaghetti with tomato sauce and spread it on 4 plates. Place either 1/2 or an entire burrata on each plate and sprinkle with a little salt, pepper, olive oil and basil. Bon appetit!
