Here we feature a Luxurious home in the famous Blue Ridge Mountains that was featured in the 2020 Blue Ridge Parade of Homes. The home boasts a sprawling & open layout, large living area with soaring ceilings & lavish stone fireplace. Both masters have on-suite baths, “spa feel” showers, and freestanding tubs. Enjoy the extra large kitchen which provides everything you might need for your inner chef. Imagine retreating to the deck of this rare Gem and enjoying the sound of the rippling river.
This unique home was featured in the 2020 Blue Ridge Parade of Homes and sits on a hillside perched above the beautiful Fightingtown Creek. This home is all about nature and privacy. It is an extravagant home that encompasses natural elements of stone, rough sawn wood which highlight the modern yet rustic home feel. There is plenty of space for friends and family to create memories.

A four-bedroom and three-and-a-half-bath spread, including two full-size masters, and a bunk room. The interior is unmistakably modern mountain meets rustic chic. The large living areas were designed with families in mind while also inviting you to relax and enjoy the property beautiful surroundings.

When you first open the door, you are welcomed by high ceilings giving the feeling of roominess and abundance. All of this while maintaining a warm and cozy feeling that you would expect from a home in the mountains. The main living area has a double wall of windows, an impressive custom stone fireplace, a butler’s pantry, and a perfectly appointed wet bar.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream which includes an 8 burner, double oven Viking stove, restaurant size Viking refrigerator. Enjoy the extra-large island for dining with your friends and family. Lastly, a wet bar area for those nights where the adults just want to unwind and enjoy the space.

-The main level Master Suite features a premium king bed, a 55″ wall mounted TV, and a wall of windows with direct access to the balcony. The master bath is luxurious and indeed a spa-worthy experience. Enjoy the space as you utilize the double sinks, a spa shower with dual rainforest showerheads, and a lavish tub that is just inviting you to unwind in a soak.
-As you make your way up the custom treehouse staircase to the upper-level Master Suite, you are surrounded by nature with the beautiful wall lined bark and the openness of the large windows overlooking the forest. In the bedroom you will find another premium king size bed with windows overlooking the surrounding area. The room has plenty of storage places for your belongings and a 55″ wall mounted TV. The private bathroom welcomes you with dual sinks and a shower that is just simply spacious.
-The lower-level Master Suite provides that rustic feel with natural wood walls and direct access to the lower-level balcony. Enjoy the wall mounted 55″ TV while you unwind from the day’s activities. This bedroom also has plenty of space for your belongings and direct access to the bathroom.
-The charming bunk room allows for kids or friends to stay together in a comfortable setting. Each bunk provides a lower full-size bed and a twin upper bed.

Entertain your guests in the lower-level bar and game room. Whether you like music, games, or simply relaxing, there are a multitude of options for socializing and having fun with friends and family. Get ready, you will be pleased to find a full-sized Billiards table, pub style tables and full wet bar. You can also choose to just sit back on the leather sofas and either watch TV, enjoy the fireplace or chat with family and friends. When you decide that you want a change of view, open the sliding glass doors where the roaring sounds of the Fightingtown Creek will welcome you.

Are you ready for the WOW factor? When you make your way outside from one of the many entries, your breath will be taken away by the amazing surrounding views of the forest and the fantastic view overlooking Fightingtown Creek. The wood steps leading you to the creek’s edge will prompt you to capture that moment with a glass of wine in hand and post it on your favorite social media sites. No worries, if you don’t feel like walking down the stairs, there are plenty of comfortable lounging areas overlooking the space for you to enjoy. Feel like grilling?
There is a spacious covered outdoor living room with a built-in premium grill and a Green Egg for those who are more adventurous with their cooking. Enjoy this area with your family and friends while watching sporting events or simply sitting back and enjoying the outside wood fireplace while someone cooks up a wonderful meal.
Indulge in the 10-person hot tub which overlooks the creek as you take in the sounds of nature. It is the perfect place to soak near the wood fireplace and let go of any stresses you entered the water with.

Please note: Fireplaces are available for use from October 1st to April 30th. Outdoor WOOD BURNING fireplaces may be used year round, however we do not provide firewood. Firepits are also available year round but firewood is not provided in firepits.  Outdoor gas log fireplaces may not be used out of season.
