It’s a strange dark world we live in now
The other day, I saw something that left me completely stunned. As I strolled through the aisles of my local Asda supermarket in the UK, I witnessed a real-life witch casting a curse on the food. Yes, you heard it right! I couldn’t believe my eyes, but there she was, with her dark robes and a cauldron in hand, muttering strange incantations as she walked among the produce.
What was more surprising was that nobody seemed to care! Shoppers were walking by, completely oblivious to what was taking place right in front of them. It was as if they were immune to the witch’s powers or had no knowledge of what was happening.
Yet, I couldn’t help but think about the irony of the situation. Here was a self-proclaimed witch, openly practicing her witchcraft in a public place, while Christians are not even allowed to pray in schools or public places without raising eyebrows.
The fact that a witch could freely perform a curse in a supermarket while a Christian would be barred from praying in public is mind-boggling. Unfortunately, this is the reality that we live in today.
However, in the midst of this bleak situation, there is still hope for Christians. Although the world may seem to be against us, we have to remember that we are not alone. As believers in Christ, we have the power of prayer, and we can use it to counteract the darkness in the world.
So take heart dear Christian, although the world may seem dark and hopeless, we have a light that cannot be extinguished. Keep praying and believe that through faith, we can overcome any obstacle that comes our way.
In conclusion, the experience that I had at Asda was undoubtedly horrifying, but it also served to remind me that as Christians, we need to be vigilant and stay grounded in our faith. By doing so, we can stand firm against the dark forces that seek to undermine our beliefs and threaten our way of life.
