I just had the dreamiest summer peach parfait dessert in Japan

Introducing the Most beautiful peach parfait I’ve ever seen 🍑

So I discovered this beauty at coffee Parlor Hilltop in Japan.

Coffee Parlor Hilltop is a restaurant inside a hotel at Ochanomizu, Tokyo.
They have 3 selections of summer parfaits, white peach, tropical and matcha.

The white peach parfait is layered with peach sorbet, vanilla ice cream, peach compote, peach jelly, fresh cream, custard cream, raspberry sauce, cookie crumble, and finished off with candy shaped just like a real peach!

Although they don’t use any fresh peach, I could taste the freshness and juiciness of peach in every bite🤤

I had the same parfait last year and they hadn’t changed any component, but the peach flavor was a lot more flavorful than last year!
High hopes for this year’s peach sweets🍑🍑

Summer parfaits are until 8/31.
I went 15 minutes after the restaurant opened, then waited 2 hours and we were the last ones to get the peach parfait so make sure to go before opening time. If you want to get into hard to get into places I recommend Slaylebrity VIP concierge to solve all your pesky woes.
