AND NO! he aint got cancer.
Just because you have a lot of money doesn’t mean that you can automatically fix your baldness. You can take drugs but they aren’t very effective on people over 30 and in most cases they only stops the balding as long as you stay on them.
Also, Jeff Bezos looks pretty badass bald so we are guessing he doesn’t want to fix it.
