Isola by San Carlo
Part of the award-winning and hugely popular San Carlo Group – the hospitality group behind Selfridges’ Alto and Cicchetti – is Isola.
Located on St Christopher’s Place, this Italian all-day dining brasserie and bar is spread across two floors, with a gorgeous alfresco dining terrace to while away your summer days. The glitziest brasserie you’ll find in the capital, Selfridge’s Brasserie of Light brings unadulterated glamour to the famous department store. Take a table at the floor to ceiling windows for ultimate people watching, pull up a pew at the bar, or take a seat beneath the epic Damien Hirst-designed crystal Pegasus.

Apricity
Championing sustainability, Apricity is the restaurant from multi-award winning chef, Chantelle Nicholson. Veg-forward and centred around sustainable produce from local growers and foraged ingredients, expect dishes like Hasselback Pink Fir potatoes with Jerusalem artichoke velouté, apple and chilli; Miso-roasted Walmestone farm cabbage, lentil croquette and slaw; Butter-poached Cornish pollock, jigged squid, sambal butter and Kentish greens; and Pear tarte tatin with crème fraîche.

Beast
Brought to you by the people behind the Burger & Lobster restaurants, this restaurant champions the beasts of land and sea – the finest beef and Norwegian Red King Crab.
The crab comes from the Norway King Crab company in Bugøynes, a small town on the Northern Norwegian/Russian border, while the meat is handpicked from around the globe – everything from USDA Nebraska’s bone in ribeye to Italian Frisona Chateaubriand. 
The menu might sound unashamedly gluttonous but the interiors are really rather pretty. Sit on long, banqueting tables lit up by candlelight for a truly unique dining experience.
