1 pint grape tomatoes, halved 1 cup fresh strawberries diced 1 fresh mango diced small 1 avocado diced 1/2 jalapeno minced (optional) 1/2 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped 4 green onions, chopped Juice 1-2 limes Pinch of sea salt and pepper For the salsa: gently toss ingredients together and adjust taste to your preference.

AVOCADO SURPRISE

Aren't you tired of your avocado having a seed in it and not being wrapped in bacon? We sure as hell are. That's why we're trying out this incredible recipe by Chef club Tv. You'll be pleased to know you only need 3 ingredients 1 egg 1 avocado 3 slices of bacon Poach your egg and set it to the side. Cut your avocado in half, remove the seed and skin. Stuff the egg in as per video and close it back up. Wrap it in bacon.(see video) Fry until golden brown
