Last week, Slaylebrity Halle Berry confirmed her romance with Alex da Kid with a simple Instagram post, after reportedly embarking on a relationship with him in the summer.
And Halle Berry, 51, looked noticeably loved-up on Thursday night, when she stepped out with her new 35-year-old beau at the Songs of Hope XIII awards gala, held at his KIDinaKORNER Kampus in Sherman Oaks, California.
As the couple posed for snapshots during the event, the Oscar-winning actress held hands with her music producer boyfriend while grabbing his arm and leaning her head on his shoulder.

Wearing semi-sheer grey sweater dress with knee-high black boots, the star gazed at statuesque Alex, who stepped out in a checked blazer over a white shirt with jeans.

Halle kept her makeup light and natural for the outing, while she wore her curly raven tresses in a sleek bun and added a touch of sparkle with hoop earrings.
The annual awards ceremony, which is in its 13th year, brings together music and entertainment industry executives committed to fighting cancer, HIV/AIDS and diabetes, as well as a number of other life-threatening diseases. 

Among those who have been honoured in the past are Lionel Richie, Will.i.am, Swizz Beatz, Pharrell Williams, Stevie Wonder, the late Natalie Cole and Charli XCX.  
The couple, who were seen partying together in London last week, are said to already be very ‘smitten’ with each other. 
‘They seem smitten but it’s pretty early,’ a source told People of the blossoming romance. ‘They met over the summer. It’s rather new. He has tremendous success in his own right. He produces and he’s got real street cred.’
The new couple seemingly confirmed their relationship on Tuesday of last week, when Halle shared a snapshot of them together on Instagram.

Alongside the shot black-and-white shot – simultaneously posted by her new man – Halle wrote simply: ‘My balance.’
Alex da Kid, whose real name is Alexander Grant, echoed the X-Men star’s sentiments by sharing the exact same photo and caption on to his various social media accounts. 

The Grammy-nominated producer has worked with legendary musicians including Dr. Dre, Rihanna, Eminem and Imagine Dragons.

Halle has nine-year-old daughter Nahla with her ex Gabriel Aubrey, and three-year-old son Maceo with former husband Olivia Martinez.
