Nicole Kidman seemed to alter her Armani Privé gown during the Oscars on Sunday night.
The actress’ sequin dress had criss-cross straps at the back for the beginning of the ceremony, but was pictured at the end of the night with a halter-necked fastening.
The straps were cut and appeared to have frayed ends, suggesting Kidman or her stylist went at the gown with a pair of scissors, presumably because the sequins were too tight on her back and started giving her a rash.
It would not be the first time a celebrity stylist has had to make adjustments during a big event. At the Met Gala last year, Karlie Kloss’ long Brandon Maxwell gown was snipped and made into a mini (by the designer himself) so she could dance the night away.
