Sounds like a win for Kevin Federline in his ongoing child support battle with Britney Spears.
Recently Brit argued she already sends $20,000 per month in child support AND pays for basically everything for the children, but Kevin said he needed more.
In fact, her ex was asking for his legal fees to be covered, which could be as much as $250,000 — and the court actually threw him a bone! A big bone!
E! News obtained docs saying the pop star was ordered to pay Federline an additional $110,000, the bulk of which was to go toward legal “costs and fees” with the rest going to the Benchmark Resolution Group.
This isn’t the end of the fight, but it is a big blow to Britney’s side.
Does this bode well for Kevin’s case for higher monthly payments??
