A $500m Bel Air home will become America’s most expensive estate when it hits the market next year. The 100,000 square feet property called ‘The One’ from property developer Nile Niami is situated atop a hill in Bel Air and boasts views of the city and ocean.
America’s most expensive home comes complete with a nightclub, beauty salon, 20 bedrooms and sweeping views of LA and the Pacific Ocean.

The spectacular estate boasts a number of perks including a nightclub with its own V.I.P room, 20 bedrooms including a 5,500-square-foot master suite, seven swimming pools, complete with a moat and indoor spa count, five elevators and a beauty salon.

The master suite alone is larger than most New York City apartments and comes complete with its own pool, kitchen and office. Owners will have plenty of space to park their expensive cars in the 30-car parking garage. There is also a 45-seat IMAX movie theater.
An angular, minimalist sauna provides some much-needed space for treatment and relaxation and there is a hot yoga room as well.

The asking price of $500 million for the ‘The One’ makes it four times more expensive than the most expensive house ever sold in America – a home in New York state’s Hamptons that sold for $137million in 2014.
Spanning 20,000 feet, the lawn of the property would be artificial in order to comply with the state’s drought laws. Infinity pools will surround the plush property and give owners the feel of an ocean-front estate in a tropical setting.
All of the kitchens are fitted with state-of-the-art appliances, including a luxury coffee machine, which can brew most well-known coffee beverages. Dozens of bottles of Cristal Champagne are complimentary with the home, which has a private cellar exclusively dedicated to the expensive alcoholic beverage.
