Amal Clooney’s off-duty look

Amal Clooney has had an impressive number of chic maternity looks thus far: Just last week she turned heads at a conference in London wearing a vintage Balmain coat and Christian Dior dressfrom William Vintage. But now it’s the expectant mother’s off-duty style that is making waves. Spotted out over the weekend in the English countryside with husband, George Clooney, the human rights attorney put her own spin on a streetwear staple, the bomber jacket.
Clooney has experimented with several fashion-forward ideas in her pregnancy wardrobe, including mod-inspired, free-flowing capes and statement outerwear. A recent visit to New York saw her take a more causal approach to dressing the bump—she wore skinny maternity jeans—and this weekend’s ensemble had a similar feeling. The softly tailored blouson-like jacket was a nice match for her leg-lengthening Citizens of Humanity jeans. Enhancing the fashion quotient were retro aviator shades and Leather Crown studded sneakers.
