Circolo Popolare
The Big Mamma Group has taken London by storm, with our favourite hideout being Circolo Popolare.
The Fitzrovia restaurant came onto the scene just last year but brought with it 20,000 bottles of spirits lining the walls, as well as floral vines draped from corner to corner and a whopping 280 covers, so it’s fair to say it’s a pretty mega restaurant. In true Big Mamma Group style, it’s got that sense of a traditional Italian trattoria, much like it’s sister restaurant Gloria, and the atmospherics don’t stop at the interiors. The food is simply divine too.

Alongside the florals, expect exquisite cocktails on offer, including The Garden Club, a mix of Chambord, elderflower liquor, white grapefruit, lemon and egg white.

Sushisamba Covent Garden
More of a jungle than a floral haven, but Sushisamba’s landmark restaurant in Covent Garden is breathtaking. As soon as you step inside you’ll feel as though you’ve been transported to a rainforest jungle rather than being tucked in the centre of London.
The restaurant menu combines Peruvian, Brazilian and Japanese flavours in a rather unusual way but the result is effortless. We can’t wait to return to this little jungle haven.
