The dress – which was crafted in McCartney’s London atelier – was created with responsible materials, including a forest-friendly viscose called Cady, which is made from wood pulp and is traceable back to the source as part of the brand’s zero-deforestation commitment. The statement diamond crystals, which were seen on the neckline and down the dress, were created from lead-free glass and encased in metal, with each applied by hand.
She wears each piece for a whole weekend, and it is then archived, rather than her changing throughout the performances.
