This sweet pizza spot was a surprise little extra stop with a walking tour. Wasn’t a scheduled stop but since it was just 3 of us, got the VIP treatment. We were in for a cheese slice but the tour guide and pizza shop owner was so adamant about spicy pepperoni- we got a comp’d slice…,,,,niiiiice. Can’t really beat NYC pizza in general- but some spots bubble to the top behind the hyped up usual suspects places merely through word of mouth. When it’s high quality, high taste tantalizing goodness combined with customer appreciation that equals enduring success. Can’t wait til next trip- keep a slice warm for me please.
