Statistically speaking rich people are more likely to drive a Volkswagen or Toyota than a Bugatti.
Now sure there are exceptions……especially young businesspeople and sport stars.
Indeed Christian Ronaldo has an expensive car amongst others…..let’s not forget that 50%-60% of ex athletes become bankrupt within 5 years of retirement.
Averages count the most though. The average spend on a car (used or new) by wealthy people is low.
Even Buffett splashed out recently on his most expensive car to date…….$45,,000!
I personally know about 12 wealthy people who don’t drive at all, because of environmental reasons and they use public transport!
They do live in big cities with good public transport, mind you.
