The middle class is a vague term that, at this point, means those that can still feed themselves.
I haven’t been burning savings or putting things on credit cards, but I had to cut my spending to near zero outside of the necessities. Finding a used vehicle has been very painful, and frustrating, as people are peddling crap and expecting top dollar without budging on price.
I was middle class but after my husbands job closed and he had to take a job with lower pay it changed. I went back to work to make up for the difference it actually should have put us ahead but both of our jobs keep closing for a week at a time due to not being able to get parts. So in 2 months I’ve been off 2 1/2 weeks 🤦♀️ it’s a struggle and we may once again have to look for new jobs.
Meanwhile in Europe there apparently is a draft law “7 years until expropriation……any house that doesn’t meet certain energy efficiency ratings by 2030 will be banned from being rentable or from the owner living inside, only just seen it tonight , hope it stays as a draft law.
To raise a child in 2015 was about $315,000 in the United States imagine what it is now !!!!
No one I repeat NO ONE is immune to what is coming it is lethal it will be treacherous.
