What are spot-futures arbitrage bots? And why is this a good crypto bot strategy?
Let’s break this down piece by piece.
First, arbitrage… Arbitrage is the practice of buying and selling the same asset in different markets for a profit.
Spot-futures: this refers to the markets these bots invest in. Purchases are split between the futures spot and short markets making this a delta neutral bot
You then profit off of the funding fee paid within a perpetual futures market.
All of this ends up with a low-risk way to make passive income with crypto.
