Riders board the Penthouse Plummet body slide on the roof of the Sunrise tower building at the Top-Of-The-World Sports Lounge and drop more than 40 feet! Excursions and Tours
Up to 13 cruise ships per day come to Cozumel because there is so much to see and do here. Before you even arrive, your butler will help you pick, plan and book scuba diving, fishing and other tours from nearly 100 choices and can even custom make you and your group tours to personally take you and your group around the entire island.

Best Beach
Cozumel has many clubs where sun lovers can enjoy a lounge chair in the sand while barefoot waiters and waitresses shuttle food and beverages until their hearts and bellies are content. The finest beach club on the island by far, with the most upscale furnishings and finishes is Paradise Beach Club. It also boasts inflatable watersports slides and trampolines along the shore, banana boat rides, parasail, jet skis rentals, snorkel tours and more. The best part about this club verses others is that no one is permitted to disturb guest’s relaxation to sell them hair braids or anything else.
Our privileged Private Paradise guests get into Paradise Beach Club for free and food and drink prices are essentially the same as if they stayed home at villa. Paradise Beach Club is located just a 10-minute bike ride or 15-minute walk down a lovely shaded road and we provide free use of bicycles and 11 passenger bicycle surrey cart to get there. Taxi cab transfers are also readily available for about $5 per car load.

World Class Private Chefs & The Finest Restaurants
No one likes to go to the same restaurant or have the same chef cook for them every night so we engaged the three best personal chefs on the island to come and cook for our guests every other night and we have hard to come by standing reservations at the three finest 5 star restaurants on the island so our privileged guests can experience those and being out on the town every other night.

Private Paradise is located on a beautiful and safe tropical island in the Caribbean that enjoys tremendous sunshine and year-round average temperatures in the 80’s. A true paradise in the middle of the sea Cozumel is characterized by white sandy beaches, beautiful sunsets and is world famous for its coral reefs. It is an adventure and relaxation destination where all kinds of activities are carried out in impressive natural settings that are breathtaking.

Transportation – Fly into Cozumel Cancun Airports
Cozumel has its own international airport and is just a 30-minute ferry ride from the popular tourist city of Playa Del Carmen in the Mexican Riviera Maya and a 30-minute cab ride from there to the larger Cancun International Airport. Guests can choose to fly into either airport and our concierge will be happy to arrange your transportation.
Flights to the Cozumel International Airport arrive from airlines from the United States, Canada, Mexico and Spain; as well as light planes or helicopters that leave the Playa del Carmen Aerodrome. Currently there are direct flights available from Miami, Houston, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, Charlotte, Detroit, Minneapolis, Montreal and Toronto; from Madrid, Spain, as well as direct flights from Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, as well as the Cancun – Cozumel airlift.
The taxi and transport unions are very strong in Cozumel so while we can not pick guests up from the airport and transfers are not included in your stay, we are happy to arrange your transportation with best carriers.

Safety
The best part about Cozumel compared to other popular tourist destinations in Mexico is that it does has a very very low crime rate because it is not attached to the mainland. Criminals shy away from it because they can’t simply drive away and would have to wait for a ferry to make an escape.
The island is anchored by proud natives who make a very good living here thanks to all the cruise ships that come. Locals value the island as a wonderful gift that was handed down to them. They keep the streets and sidewalks impeccably clean (I often say as clean as Disney World honestly) and patrol to prevent pan-handling and petty theft. You will be hard pressed to find a cigarette butt on the main streets or anyone begging for money here.
Cozumel also has the Guardian Angels which is the equivalent of free AAA road service. They continuously drive around the island in a fleet of pickup trucks to help tourist out at no charge who may have broken down on a scooter or need assistance getting back to their hotel, villa or cruise ship for any reason.

Private Paradise is not only located ocean front on the Caribbean but our shoreline is in the national marine park! This is the crown-jewels of the entire Mexican Riviera, where the water is crystal clear, the best snorkeling and diving takes place and the water colors look like an ever-changing kaleidoscope of blues.
The property is located on a point just seven minutes from town where the land rises up on a theater seating like incline from the ocean to a one of the highest points on the island. This allowed us to build several buildings and entertainment areas that have higher and higher vantage points so our guests can enjoy jaw-dropping views from more areas.

2022 – 2024:
* December 3rd to 17th, 2022: $1,999 per night
* Winter Snow-Bird Season: $2,999 per night – (first Saturday in Nov to last Saturday in April for Winter)
* Spring months: $2,999 per night – (last Saturday in April to third Saturday in June for Spring)
* Summer: $3,299 per night – (third Saturday in June to last Saturday in Aug for Summer)
* Autumn: $1,999 per night – (last Saturday in Aug to first Saturday in Nov for Autumn)

* Holidays: If your stay includes Christmas or New Year’s Eve, please add $2,000 to the total cost of your stay. If your stay includes Thanksgiving, Easter, July 4th, Presidents Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day or Labor Day, please add $1,000 to the total cost of your stay.
