What if everything you thought you knew about time and results was wrong? For example, it takes 5 workouts per week (time) to get great body (results). Or what if you believed it takes years (time) to create a 10 million dollar business (results).

What if your college professor gave you 4 weeks (time) to write final term paper (results). Honestly, we all would fill that 4 weeks with 3 weeks of procrastination then 3 days of being stressed out and then finally we have 4 days left before paper is due.. then we write the paper.

What if …. The college professor instead said you have 4 days to write the same paper? My guess it that the quality of term paper would be of equal or BETTER quality than when given 4 weeks.

You following me on this time and results belief we all just accept?

Ever heard the term “speed loves money”? To me it means the faster you can implement a business idea the more money will make. ( force yourself to open new business in 4 days NOT 4 months)

I have applied the time and results to my workouts with fantastic results. I workout 1 session per week (time). 1 set per muscle group. I have to dig deep inside me because to get the most out of that one set of say… squats per week… all I have is this 1 set because I gave myself the time limit. (Think of professor term paper due 4 weeks).

So I have to discovered and continue to…. Learn that all these years since 2009 I was leaved the gym with only about 60% of my true best effort. Despite the fact I thought I was putting in 100%.

I realize now that I can push myself so much farther… to levels I did not know existed within myself.

Most great sporting games the players do amazing things in the last 60 seconds (time and results). Why did they not go all out the whole game to win?

What do you think about 1 set per muscle group per week? Leave aside your current narrative of all the coaches, gym experts, books, course, memberships… all saying similar narratives to get desired result you gotta go X times per week, do X amount sets, do X amount cardio.
