This is similar to the 1992 film Damage starring Jeremy Irons, Juliette Binoche and Rupert Graves. holy shit, the casting is perfect.
I remember the first version of this story with Jeremy Irons, Juliette Binoche, Rupert Graves, the amazing Miranda Richardson who, with just one 8-minute scene, got a well-deserved Oscar nomination for best supporting actress. The scene of the son discovering everything impacted me and many. What audacity to emulate that great first version. Still looks great in the trailer. I will see her!

This is lit 😍. The most intense one after 50 shades of grey. Their weaving of emotions into emotional damage is just on another level. And the line..” Damaged people are dangerous…they know they can survive” is so true and gives that kick.
