Let’s cut through the facts right now. The average person over 50 thinks their best days are behind them. They believe they’re destined to pop pills, hobble around like zombies, and slowly fade away into irrelevance. Why? Because society tells them it’s normal. Doctors tell them it’s inevitable. Their lazy friends tell them it’s fine because everyone else is doing it too.
But here’s the thing: **aging doesn’t have to mean decline. Decline happens when you stop fighting back.** It happens when you accept mediocrity as your fate. And trust me, if you’re eating six small meals a day or snacking on processed garbage because “you need the energy,” you’re losing. Big time.
