Yes it works, I started fasting doing the 20:4 fasting technique, started with 70 kg now I am 66. My goal is 60 good luck everyone.
I fasted for two days and it completely reset my cravings. Before I wanted chocolate and carbs all the time but now that I have added fasting into my life, I dont even miss the junk I used to eat.
I’m pretty experienced with fasting… when I first started, 12 years ago, I found a really good technique to curb hunger in the first day or so is to heat up a cup of water but approach it like a bowl of soup and actually ingest the hot water from a bowl with a spoon. Nice and slow. It’s a mind trick.
