I didn’t sell a workout. I attacked his identity. I connected his physical state to his feeling of self-worth and social status. I made the pain visceral.

Your Task: What is the core, emotional, identity-level pain your product solves? Is it shame? Incompetence? Fear? Loneliness? Financial insecurity? Dig deeper than the surface. Speak to THAT.

Step 2: Frame Your Solution as the ONLY Cure

Once you’ve amplified the pain to an unbearable level, you present your product not as a option, but as the cure. The path. The one true way.

You do this by creating a powerful dichotomy: the world of PAIN (without your solution) and the world of PLEASURE (with your solution).

The World of Pain (The Matrix):
