Years ago, I was driving to our State’s Capitol city for a church conference. Joining me were 4 ladies, one of them being a senior citizen who sat in the front with me. Traffic was heavy and some of the drivers were quite impatient. The dear, wise senior with us encouraged us to bless the impatient drivers. She explained it is impossible to feel anger or frustration with the impatient driver while you are praying for a blessing over them. Pray that they might be blessed with super time mgmt skills, with joy to overflowing, with love in abundance, with wise counsel, with good friends and with an awareness of their own driving skills. It works
For those fortunate enough to have multiple cars, I think it’s important to choose the appropriate car according to where you are going. It’s not elegant to show off.
I have (newly rich) family members who loved to show off with their cars, like deliberately driving a Rolls Royce or Lambo to the school they used to attend to tell the teacher she was wrong. (But in the end, she was right. He lost it all. lol)
Mistakes can cost you opportunities and sabotage your future! Unless you correct them in time and do better!
