Sean Combs – man of numerous monikers: P. Diddy, Sean “Puffy” Combs, Puff Daddy – is a hip-hop mogul with a net worth of more than $700 million. He grew up in the Bronx and attended Howard University before dropping out to work for Uptown Records as a talent director for artists like Mary J. Blige. He later created Bad Boy Records, signing talents like the Notorious B.I.G., Faith Evans, and Father MC.
Sean’s popularity landed him fil and TV roles, including Get Him to the Greek and CSI Miami. His entrepreneurial spirit led to his own clothing line and restaurants, and is the founder of his own charity, Daddy’s House Social Programs that offers support to inner-city teens.
Sean Combs, also known as P. Diddy, Puff Daddy or Diddy, was born in Harlem, New York City and raised in Mount Vernon, New York.
Combs is a Christian. He was brought up going to a Catholic school in the Bronx, New York called Mount St. Michael.1 We’re not sure if he still calls himself Catholic or what denomination he would claim allegiance to–it’s not something he talks about much–but Christianity is definitely his thing.
Combs appeared on Bill Maher’s television show to speak about his support of Barack Obama. But when the conversation turned to the fact that many people might want to assassinate the president, Combs said he felt secure that God was watching over him.2
Maher, being the anti-religious atheist that he is, pursued the topic of Combs’ faith, at which point, Combs said:
[I owe it] all to God, all to Jesus, yes sir… God is good all the time.
Another reference to God Combs has made that We found came in reference to Obama–causing us to wonder if he believes in the divine right of kings or something. Combs said:
[Obama is] the person that we believed in so I pray night and day that he understands how God ordained his presidency. I feel there was a promise made to God to look after people that was less fortunate, and [many] of those people are African-American…

It is strange however that P Diddy supports Democrats who truly seem to be anti Religion.
