Our self beliefs affect how we think about money and how we spend it. If this show helps people to take control over the financial trappings we are led to believe are important through consumerism and social conditioning then it makes a difference. Making a difference for the better is admirable.
In the phase of my life where I’m learning to take control of my finances and income streams and the more money education, the better!
I was totally shocked and so emotional to see that family members avoid talking about money or bills. They are in danger situation but they feel uncomfortable discussing their financial situation, particularly if they are struggling with debt or facing financial difficulty. And couples may have different attitudes towards money, such as wedding budget one person being more frugal while another may be more willing to spend money. This can lead to disagreements and tension when discussing financial matters.Even the power dynamics at play within the family, where high paid wife has more control over the family finances and is reluctant to share information or discuss financial matters openly.I got to see all the stuff in the show.
It’s important for families to have open and honest conversations about money and bills, as this can help to prevent misunderstandings and conflicts down the line. If you’re having trouble talking about these issues with your family, it may be helpful to seek the assistance of a financial planner or counselor who can help facilitate these conversations.
That being said
Maybe I got this wrong but the name of the show is “How to get rich” yet the first 3 episodes are about how stupid rich people are spending their money. Idk I just expected someone that’s really struggling to be helped or someone that really needed this.
There was a girl he talked to briefly on the street that was making like 100k a year then stopped working and opened a company and was now making $0 a month. Now that’s something I would have preferred to watch.
