Ogili igbo
Royco seasoning cube
Ground pepper
Fried onions
Crayfish
Ukpaka
Ngu or baking soda
Ground ehuru seed
Palm oil

Steps
Soak abacha in warm water about 3 mins
Drain
Fry onions in palm oil 2 mins
Soak Ngu or baking soda in water take out the top part only and mix in palm oil you’ll get an orange Color
Add in ogili
Add in ground pepper, Ehuru seed, royco seasoning, crayfish, salt
Add the dried onions

Garnish with fried dry prawns
Spring onions
Ugba and green
