How do you enroll 2000 people into your team in 90 days?
It can seem like an impossible task.
Today, I am going to show you the steps to build an ecosystem, stay consistent, and teach your loved ones to do the same.
If you do this, you can put your enrollment on autopilot.
The first step is growing your audience.
Now, you might already have an audience of people that know, like, and trust you. It could be your friends, your family, people you have known forever in your community.
But when I say grow your audience, I mean, you have to grow it bigger.
This is where people get lost and give up on building their business.
You have to continue to consistently grow your audience to keep your ecosystem moving. If you are not growing your audience you are going to run out of people to talk to. So never stop growing your audience.
So, how do you grow an audience?
You have got to provide value for other people that is going to attract people to you. If you are a network marketer, the fastest way to recruit people to your team is by recruiting network marketers.
That doesn’t mean you are going to go poach people from their teams. But if they are not happy with where they are, or they are looking for different opportunities then you can add them to your audience.
The reason I chose to build my audience with network marketers is because I don’t have to convince them that network marketing is the answer to their problems, or show them how it can grow another income stream.
It is a shorter road to talk to network marketers and to teach them to build on social media.
You bring these people into your world and you build a relationship with them. This builds the know, like, and trust. And eventually they reach out.
Now, this will take time. It is not going to happen in 30 days. You can not grow your audience in just 30 days.
You can get a good start, but you may not have people reaching out to you just yet. The point is, to grow an audience of people that are already looking for what you have.
YOU HAVE TO GIVE LOVE TO GET LOVE
How do you build that relationship? You have got to become a professional friend.
You can not be a “lurker” and expect people to see your content and just show up to enroll in your team.
You have to provide value. You’ve got to go first.
One of my mentors taught me that. You have to give love to get love. Which means, you go first.
You are getting into their world. You are engaging with their content, and you are getting to know them.
PROVIDE VALUABLE CONTENT TO BUILD THE KNOW, LIKE, AND TRUST
When you are sharing content, you want to post more then just product “buy my stuff” posts, and before and after’s.
You want to share valuable information, education, lifestyle, motivation, inspiration, and maybe, a little bit of girl boss.
You want to be human and relatable, and you don’t want to post the same things day in and day out. Change up your content.
I know what you might be thinking, that this sounds like a lot of work. Well, I’m going to be honest with you, it is. But it is also super fun, because you get to be authentic in what you are doing on social media.
You get to know, like, and trust other people. And they get to know, like, and trust you. By showing them love and not expecting anything in return you are being authentic in what you are doing.
Don’t be afraid to use you face.
If you are not using your face on social media, then no one is going to get to know, like, and trust you. They can’t build a relationship with your dog. The are not going to recognize you unless you use your face.
IF YOU NEVER ASK FOR WHAT YOU WANT, YOU ARE NEVER GOING TO GET IT
You have to learn to promote correctly.
If you are putting in the work, building relationships, and engaging with those people, and you are not getting results. Then its because you are not asking for what you want.
You have to ask direct questions, have a call to action, and intentionally promote your business.
If you do all these pieces you are not going to have to recruit into your team.
