### How I Took Charge and Beat My TMJ – No Hospitals, No Bullsh*t

Listen up, champions. I’ve got something to share – a battle I fought, not in the business realm, but within my own body. You see, I hate hospitals, despise them. So when I got hit with TMJ, I knew I had to handle it myself. Here’s how I took control and conquered this annoying issue without stepping a foot into any hospital.

#### What the Hell is TMJ?

First things first, let’s break it down. TMJ stands for Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction. Sounds complicated, but it essentially means pain and dysfunction in the joint that connects your jaw to your skull. If you have TMJ, you know the drill – jaw pain, headaches, difficulty chewing, even that annoying popping sound. Ear ringing, Bloody irritating, right?

#### No Doctor Needed – Here’s What I Did

I don’t rely on anyone – I fix my problems myself. Here’s my no-nonsense guide to self-treating TMJ.

1. **Mind the Stress**:
– Stress tightens everything up, including your jaw. I focused on stress-busting methods – deep breathing, meditation, warrior mindset, you name it.

2. **Ice and Warm Compress**:
– Get a cold pack or a bag of frozen peas and slap it on the sore area for 10-15 minutes. Cool it down first to reduce inflammation. Then, switch to a warm compress or a hot towel for another 15-20 minutes to ease muscle tension. Alternate between ice and heat – just like training: intensity and recovery.

3. **TMJ Massage**:
– You want to get those muscles loosened up. Here’s how – use two fingers to apply gentle pressure on your jaw muscles. Start at the base of your ear and move down towards your chin in a circular motion. Do this for a few minutes daily. Get in there, don’t be afraid to push a little.

4. **Jaw Exercises**:
– Strengthen and stretch that jaw like any other muscle. Simple ones: slowly open and close your mouth, move your jaw side to side, forward and back. Do this few times a day. Sounds silly? Maybe. Effective? Hell yes.

5. **Watch What You Eat**:
– Avoid hard, crunchy foods. Stick to softer options and cut your food into smaller pieces to lighten the load off your jaw. Protein shakes and bulletproof coffee don’t hurt either.

6. **Posture Check**:
– Don’t slouch like a weakling. Keep your head up and shoulders back – your jaw alignment improves with good posture. Sitting straight is half the battle.

If all fails consider Resthrotec medication. There’s also a possibility you could have an infection especially if you suffer from helicobacter pylori, I used Amoxil and omeprazol and the tinnitus subsided.
Also use a travel pillow all the time you could have cervical spine instability as well

UPDATE
I TRIED SEA SALT AND UPPED MY WATER INTAKE IT HELPED A LOT
BUT the real magic especially for the tinnitus was snuffle babe vapour rub you can also use pure eucalyptus oil

#### Final Thoughts

Doctors and hospitals might have their place, but for something like TMJ, I took the bull by the horns. It’s all about discipline, focus, and being relentless. If you’re suffering from TMJ, follow my steps, stay strong, and handle it like the top-tier performer you are. Your body is your temple – treat it right.

Take control and destroy your weaknesses. That’s how champions do it. And remember, this is just another challenge, another battle to win. No excuses, no surrender. Let’s go!
Side note: a lot of people have been asking me what’s causing the TMJ, right now I suspect osteoarthritis
