Today, we’re talking about what to post during the holidays. 🎄

It starts with this question:

👉 How is it relevant to the context of your audience?

1️⃣ When crafting content for social media, always ask yourself if it’s relevant and interesting enough for someone scrolling through their feed at this particular moment in time.

Here are some examples:

* Is your product post relevant to your audience at the moment?

* Which inspirational quote makes more sense ahead of Christmas: a success quote, a Bible verse, or a Tony Robbins quote?

* How is your post helping your audience with a problem in the present (like navigating the stress of the holidays, budgeting for gifts, cooking, cleaning etc.)

It’s important that whatever you post reflects who you are as a brand but feels seasonal and festive without being too salesy or promotional.

* Curiosity posts are great for getting your audience to like and trust you also for getting them closer to saying: “I want to work with you”.

* You can still post about your product or team, but don’t make it the central message of your content.

* And if you don’t have time to reply to comments or conversations as they come in, schedule a time when you can engage in those conversations.

Focus on creating content that speaks directly to your audience’s core values and interests, so it resonates even more deeply with them during this special time of year.

* This is great for content that educates. So whether you go with video or not, make sure you do share tips or tutorials and post content that empathizes with your prospect’s pain points and desires.
