We hope your ready, cause its about to get intense. For these workout routines, you will need
• An Exercise mat
• A pull up bar (you can set this up in front of your room door see ideas below for setup)
• A spinning bike
• A stepup bench or a sturdy bench
• A set of dumbbells (our Angels use 10KG dumbells, but if you are a beginner we recommend you start at 4-5kg)
• A bar bell (our Angels use 10kg)
• A kettle bell (our Angels use 10KG)
• An exercise ball
• A nice open space
The routine can be done at home.
We recommend doing your exercise first thing in the morning, and drinking a good quality whey protein Shake straight after your exercise.
Before you start any workout you should do 5 reps of pullups with your knee bent and another 5 reps of leg raise pull ups
