Most weight loss approaches that depends on “ Consume less calories than you burn” will fail. Why? Because they all depend on being hungry.
If it was as easy as just exercise more, eat cleaner foods and consume less calories than you burn (semi-starvation diet) then we would all be lean and fit.
I am not saying that I have the answer for guaranteed permanent fat loss. But I have tried many different fat loss programs and 100% of them eventually failed. Why? At their core they were all a “Semi Starvation Diets”.
No matter how much I wanted to lose the fat no amount of cardio and eating clean foods worked because I was always hungry.
The only weight loss approach that has worked for me (anecdotal) long term without being hungry is keto.
Keto does NOT depend on being hungry or doing exercise for sustainable fat loss. If you have tried the consume less than you burn semi-starvation approaches to weight loss and you are sick and tired of being fat may I suggest you try keto.
The first few weeks will be difficult because your body will need to adjust to burning fat as your main source of energy rather than glucose. After your body adjusts your hungry will go away, energy levels will increase and mental clarity will improve. Best of all you will lose body fat without being hungry or exercising.
I am not going to explain myself when I realized that most people only understand from their level of perception.
If your level of perception is:
* Body needs glucose.
* High fat diet is bad for the heart.
* It’s a high protein diet that is bad for the liver.
* Have no energy to exercise.
* Cannot eat at restaurants.
* Cannot build muscle
* and many more…
I realize that I am sharing from my level of understanding but that does not mean that I think everyone should eat keto nor is it the most healthy life style.
I am sharing what has consistently worked for me. If you have tried keto and it did not work for you then that proves my point that keto is not for everyone.
But if you like the idea of losing fat without being hungry then I suggest you try keto. If you are worried about the many valid concerns about keto. Like it will raise your cholesterol levels or that it is bad for your liver then may I suggest you search for medical doctors and heart surgeons online that also used to have those same concerns but today recommend keto life style for their patients.
