“Enough Is Enough: Why I Now Reject Complicated Diets”

Alright, listen up! It’s time we put an end to the madness that is modern-day dieting. I’ve been through it all – keto, paleo, intermittent fasting – you name it, I’ve tried it. And what’s the brutal truth I’ve discovered? It’s all overcomplicated nonsense designed to make you feel like you’re chasing your tail, getting nowhere fast.

Let’s be real. The diet industry is a multi-billion-dollar beast, feasting on our insecurities and our desperate quest for that cover model physique. They hook you with the promise of quick results and keep you coming back with regimens so complex, you need a Ph.D. in nutrition just to make your breakfast.

But guess what? I’m through with that. I refuse to spend another minute of my precious time weighing chicken breasts and blending kale smoothies. It’s time for a revolution in the way we eat, and I’m leading the charge.

Now, I’m all about simplicity. I eat to win, to fuel my body like a high-performance vehicle. My nutrition philosophy has boiled down to one immutable law: eat real food. That’s right, food that hasn’t been pumped with chemicals or had its DNA spun in a lab.

Vegetables, lean meats, nuts, and seeds – this is what our bodies were designed to thrive on, not some sugar-laden powder that tastes like chalk. I train like a Spartan and eat like a hunter – simple, effective, powerful.

I’m talking about a style of eating that’s sustainable, that respects your body and your time. Because let’s face it, you’ve got better things to do than to pose with a Tupperware of sad, cold broccoli at the office.

To those out there peddling their complicated diet plans and magic pills, here’s my message: you’re out of your depth, and your time is up. We’re waking up, reclaiming our health, and we don’t need your overpriced fitness plan and 12-week transformation challenges.

So, here’s my call to arms. Drop the convoluted diets. Stop letting them chain you down. Embrace eating real food. Train hard, live well, and let your body do what it does best without turning mealtime into rocket science.

And to you, reading this, wondering if there’s merit in this return to basics – I ask you, how’s that complicated diet working out for you? Are you leaner, stronger, happier? Or just lighter in the wallet and full of confusion?

It’s time to ditch the diet dogma and take back control. Eat simple, train hard, and become the force of nature you were meant to be. The diet industry is in for a rude awakening because we’re not buying their lies anymore.

It’s a new era, and we’re going back to the beginning, to what truly works. Join me. Eat like a human. Live like a legend. Enough said.

Chic Pea Greek salad

When I opened up the fridge and spotted leftover roasted cherry tomatoes, olives, cucumbers and feta, I knew I had to make a chickpea greek salad.

Baked potatoes with chic peas

One way I like to turn baked sweet potatoes into a meal is to stuff them with crispy chickpeas and sautéed spinach and drizzle them with tahini.

Blood orange cookies

These blood orange icebox cookies are actually slice and bake cookies. I make the dough, shape it into a log, refrigerate it, slice it and then bake. There is orange zest and almonds mixed into the dough, and orange juice gives the icing a pastel pink color.
