Spring has finally arrived, and while the weather might not have caught on, we couldn’t be more excited to wave goodbye to winter. The change in seasons is also exciting in the foodie world, with chefs across the city working their magic with the best quality seasonal ingredients to produce some delicious, flavour-packed dishes sure to sweep you off your feet.
The chefs at the Gordon Ramsay Restaurants group have been busy creating new spring menus with a twist. From special Michelin star lunch menus to refreshed classics, these are the spring menus you need to try this month…
Pétrus
Who said Michelin Star dining had to be expensive? Here to prove the myth wrong is Pétrus, Gordon Ramsay’s Belgravia restaurant serving up modern French cuisine.
Level up your usual lunch date with the restaurant’s lunch menu packed with new seasonal dishes perfect for spring. Choose from Scottish cured salmon with buttermilk, nori and tapioca or duck liver parfait with walnut, verhus and celery to start; before making your way through Devon ray wing accompanied with shrimps, cucumber and sauce grenobloise or chicken supreme with truffle, leeks and maitake mushroom.
Save room for dessert and opt for the season’s favourite rhubarb tart with citrus curd, early grey and lemon balm or stay savoury with a classic selection of British and French cheeses.
Priced at three courses for £60, it’s hard to say no.
