Priced at £150pp, begin the experience off with canapés of goat’s cheese sable and spiced pear; mackerel tartare with oyster mayonnaise; and beef carpaccio with red onion. Before making your way through starters of smoked salmon and crab roulade; salt-baked celeriac; or ham hock and foie grae terrine.
