The supper club: a chance for the culinary whizzes in the world to show off their talent through magical menus filled with intricate flavour combinations, modern techniques and distinct style. This Autumn sees London’s top culinary talent take to the stage with a host of upcoming supper clubs, from flavours of Scandinavia to modern twists on the classic game season.

The Supperclub Tube
Fancy tucking into a six course dinner while on a rush hour tube on the Victoria Line? No, we don’t mean that potent Wasabi katsu curry that leaves the tube lingering with a spicy scent. We’re talking about The Supperclub Tube, a quirky dining experience that’ll see you tucking into Latin American delights on an old Victoria Line tube carriage.
The 1967 tube carriage has been converted into a dining room, serving up food that’ll see you journeying from Mexico to Patagonia over the space of a few foodie hours. Book your train tickets and tuck into everything from cassava bread, Colombian chorizo and coriander aji; lamb cutlets with Andean potatoes and sweet potatoes cooked in plantain leaves, panca chilli and huacatay sauce; and passionfruit ice dome.

UPCOMING DATES: EVERY THURSDAY – SATURDAY

Facundo Gallardo at Carousel

Heading over to Carousel, the collaborative kitchen that sees the world’s best creative chefs showcase their distinct style with bespoke supper clubs, is Facundo Gallardo. Having spent over a decade refining fine dining techniques in iconic kitchens, including Santiago’s multi award-winning Boragó and Copenhagen’s two Michelin-starred Kadeau, Facundo has returned to his roots and gone rustic in the Patagonian town of El Bolsón.
Alongside his partner Gretel, Facundo hosts small foraging trips that specialise in hyper-seasonal and hyper-local tasting menus, littered with wild ingredients, unusual techniques and flavours you won’t find anywhere else.
He’ll be bringing his expertise to Carousel this November, offering a menu that includes the likes of wild mushrooms, rosehip Sriracha and Chilean myrtle; dry-aged beef with pine nuts and smoked bread miso; and peaches, cultured cream and Jerusalem artichoke milk caramel.
