Looking for the best new openings to visit this month? We’ve got the low-down on the new hot-hits to visit, from the expansion of everyone’s favourite Southern Portuguese restaurant group to the TikToker-turned-chef opening his first restaurant.

Restaurant St. Barts
The team behind Hackney’s NEST and Fulham’s FENN has launched a brand new restaurant, this time in Smithfield. Restaurant St. Barts will focus on hyper-seasonal produce from the best small-scale farmers and conservationists in the country through a 15-course menu.
The highlight will be on the best of the British Isles, with head chef Kate Austen leading the way with a refined selection of dishes. An open, wood-fired kitchen will connect the bar to the main dining room, offering everything from red mullet terrine with salted kohlrabi to poached cod with preserved Wiltshire truffle.

Battersea Power Station

Battersea Power Station’s regeneration has been slowly ticking away for the past few years, with restaurants, bars, boutique salons and even a new tube stop opening up to connect the neighbourhood destination with the rest of the city. It’s a buzzy hub that we’ve all grown to love exploring, and it’s set to expand even further on Friday 14th October when the Grade II* listed building will open its doors to the public for the first time in history with an exciting line-up of shopping and dining destinations.
Joining the likes of Wright Brothers, Megan’s, Roti King and Tapas Brindisa will be gourmet kebab specialists, Le Bab; brunch maestros, Where The Pancakes Are; and Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar.

For those looking for a new drinking destination, Control Room B is set to be the hottest new all-day cocktail bar for date nights, catch-ups and lively get-togethers. Brought to us from Inception Group, the team behind Mr Fogg’s and Cahoots, the bar will be housed inside one of the Grade II* listed Power Station’s original control rooms.
