Order a hand blender or a NutriBullet (they really are that good) and start mixing first thing in the morning for a revitalising kick-start to the day. The general rule being that you mix half leafy greens with half of your favourite fruits to help you beat germs and colds. Simply bulk buy a load of ingredients, stuff them in the freezer and then whack them in your device of choice and you’ve got yourself a delicious immune-boosting smoothie recipe.
After all, they are a whole lot nicer thank swallowing a handful of vitamin pills.

When you’re feeling ill, often it’s very hard to swallow solid food. And so smoothies and soups can help you make the best recovery.
Kill any germs with a bright orange smoothie rich in vitamin C. It’ll help you get through the worst of the winter months and also put a smile on your face.

1 peeled orange
2 regular carrots

1 cup green tea

1/2 cup mango sorbet
A dash of lime juice
